Yes. Swift Helicopter Services provides Robinson R22 helicopters for lease to Flight Training Organisations, ATOs, DTOs and Part-SPO operators throughout the United Kingdom. Both short-term and long-term leasing options are available.

2. How much does it cost to lease a Robinson R22?

Our Robinson R22 lease rates are calculated according to the aircraft’s estimated annual utilisation. Customers are charged an agreed hourly rate and invoiced monthly for the hours flown, as recorded by the aircraft’s Datcon hour meter. Contact us with your estimated usage for a tailored quotation.

3. Is there a minimum number of hours I must fly?

No, Swift does not impose a minimum monthly utilisation requirement. However, your estimated annual flying hours will be used to calculate the most appropriate hourly lease rate.

4. Are leased helicopters insured and maintained?

Yes. Our leased Robinson R22 helicopters are supplied with insurance and maintenance included. The insurance is arranged by Swift and can cover approved flight training, club use and self-fly hire, subject to the policy terms and pilot requirements. Maintenance is provided through Heliserve, our UK CAA-approved maintenance partner.
